Mandatories
Mandatories for owners and operators of heavy vehicles and transport service intermediaries
It is possible to register in the Register of owners and operators of heavy vehicles or on the list of transport service intermediaries by going through one of the four agencies with which the Commission has signed an agreement for this purpose. The service centres of Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec also offer assistance to carriers by connecting them with the Commission's personnel.
Mandatories for inspection and sealing of taximeters
The Commission relies on a provincial network of mandatories who inspect and seal taximeters on its behalf.
